Peter G. Zepf passed away on September 24, 2023. Peter was born in West Islip on June 30, 1995 and grew up in East Islip, along with his parents, Kathleen (Mahoney) Zepf and the late Peter A. Zepf and his two siblings, Christopher and Eric. He studied piano for 10 years and attended East Islip High School where he graduated 11th in his class with high honors. Upon graduation he was accepted to Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. It was there that he met his soulmate and life partner Kennix Lee. Peter's love of cooking, travel and his never ending quest for knowledge brought him to many places around the globe. Along with his mother, siblings and partner, surviving him are his grandmother Mildred Zepf, many, many aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous cherished friends and his beloved cat, Val (Kitty Witty).
