Obituary of Rita M. Krause

Krause, Rita M. , of West Islip, LI, on September 13, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Charles M. Krause. Devoted mother of Barbara (Thomas) McAteer, Carol (Michael) Nolan and the late Jeanneand Joseph Palankay. Cherished grandmother of Patricia (Rick) Walski, Caitlin (TJ) O'Melia, Kristen Palankay, Megan McAteer and Gregory Nolan. Rita was an elementary school teacher at Paul J. Bellew School in West Islip for over 25 years. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). A Religious Service will be held Monday at 8:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at North Babylon cemetery, North Babylon, LI. Visiting Monday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM.
