Mackesy- Kathleen F., of Babylon, LI, on August 15, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Jerome. Loving mother of Dr. Kathleen (Vincent) Carlin, Jerome W. (Margherita) Mackesy, Maureen (Frank) Murrin, Brian (Judy) Mackesy, Beth Smith and Patrice (Michael) Conklin. Cherished grandmother of fifteen. Adored great grandmother of twenty one including the late Mason Alexander Stein. Dear sister of Fran Sheehan, Jean Fiebusch and the late Florence Cronin and William Sheehan. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews family and friends. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial, Saturday 10:00 AM, at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Babylon, LI. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Babylon, LI. Visiting Friday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM.
