To the Doty family...I do not know any of you but my heart breaks for each and everyone of you. Rich and I worked together at Xerox and I was his dispatcher in Canada for the last 7 years. Over those years I got to know Rich and just how much he loved his family. He spoke of you often and his beautiful grand babies... We worked so many miles apart but would watch each others grand babies growing up in photos (he was so proud)! I was away on vacation when Rich passed but the others in my office and a few of the other CSE's reached out to me. It truly broke my heart to hear the news. I will forever miss his voice on the other end of the phone calling out Nanna I need your help and me saying ok Grandpa Rich what you need. Losses are never easy but you will find strength in each other to get through these sad days ahead and know that his soul will be with you every step of the way. May god bless you all and may Grandpa Rich rest in peace! All the love from Canada

It is impossible to say goodbye but I can say...Until we meet again! Or as you always said "I will see ya when I see ya". You were truly a great husband, father, grandfather and one of my very very very best friends, a brother in every sense of the word. My memories of all we shared will last forever and you will be in my heart and mind for an eternity. R.I.P. my friend
