Obituary of Jennifer L. Ferer

Ferer – Jennifer L., of East Islip, LI on May 4, 2017. Proud Teacher of the North Babylon School District. Beloved wife of Michael A. Ferer (Retired Detective of NCPD). Devoted mother of Lauren Elizabeth and Megan Rose Ferer. Loving daughter of Virginia Parker Siegler and the late Jerome Siegler. Dear sister of Carolyn Longley, Anthony Siegler, Mark Siegler and the late Evelyn Lott. Cherished sister-in-law of Troy Lott, Robert Longley, Lisa Siegler, Robert Ferer, Darren Ferer, Marin Ferer and future sister-in-law Angie Hinceman. Adored daughter-in-law of Ronald and Elaine Ferer. Jennifer will be missed by her 14 loving nieces & nephews and her devoted companions Buddy and Avery.  Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, East Islip, LI on Tuesday at 9:45AM. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, LI. In lieu of flowers, Jennifer’s family suggests donations be made to the Jennifer Ferer Memorial Trust, P.O. Box 171, East Islip, NY 11730 or by going to JenniferFererMemorialFund.com. Contributions will be used toward her daughters’ educational funds. Visiting Sunday & Monday 2:00PM until 4:30PM and 7:00PM until 9:30PM.
