Dear Kristen, Dawn, Michele and Family,
It was so upsetting to both of us hearing of your Mom's passing. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you during this very sad time.
Having known your Mom as a neighbor and friend, we know God has set aside a special place for her in Heaven. When your think of your Mom please remember that she is now enjoying everlasting Peace. One day we will all be reunited with Her and our loved ones, who have predeceased us and are in Heaven for all Eternity.
We both know firsthand how the loss of a Parent(s) affects us adult children. No matter how old we become, we will always be their children. They will always be with us in our memories and give us comfort, as we remember their unconditional love for us.
We know words ring hollow during times of such sadness and emptiness. No words nor person can give you the Comfort you need today. Acceptance today is impossible. Please, never question your emotions. They are yours and yours alone and they are never wrong. Please stay as strong as possible which is what your Mom would want from her girls and her extended Family. We only offer this heartfelt advice because we have been where you are today.
May God Bless You All.

For my dear friend, Kathy Estabrook. We became friends when we were just teens at work, and our friendship lasted a lifetime. I so enjoyed your humor, warm heart, and moral ethics, and I loved you as a true friend. We started our married life together and raised our children together, and laughed and wept together through our good times and bad. You always knew how to lift the spirits of anyone going through sad times, and you had the wit and mischievous good humor to make all times fun. I shall miss you, my friend. Dawn, Michelle, and Kristen, I loved you as children and followed your adult lives through your mom, with photos and stories. You three and your children were her whole life. I know how much you will miss her, and I send you my love, hugs, and prayers. If there is anything I can do, please let me. Take good care of yourselves and your children as your mother wanted. Love, Aunt Lucy

May you rest in peace, dear friend. I will miss you dearly but so appreciate our friendship and the fond memories I have of our times together. Remember our trip to Sesame Street and coming down the slide into the ball pit? We laughed harder than the kids. I will always remember you as my best friend. Maybe now that you are with our dear Lord we will have more time to just chat and remember those times. We will start with our trip to Mexico -- wow what a time -- remember your chapel veil?
My love and prayers will always be with you and the wonderful daughters you have left behind. What fun we had on those adventures with Dawn, Michelle, Kristen and Christy.
Love, Ruth
