Jensen- Patty Ann, of Central Islip, LI on April 8, 2017. Beloved daughter of Patricia M. and the late Harry A. Jensen, Jr. Devoted sister of Harry A. Jensen III, Richard J. (Theresa) Jensen and Carol L. Jensen. Loving aunt of Adam and Ryan Jensen. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street, (1/2 mile West of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Tuesday 9:45AM St. Mary's R.C. Church, East Islip, LI. Cremation to be held privately.
