George William was born December 18, 2023 by the parents of Emily and Max in Temple, Texas. He was granted his angel wings in Houston, Texas, on September 10, 2024 and welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven. He fought a battle against Biliary Atresia for almost nine months. His final days were spent surrounded by family members and feeling all of their love. As he entered the beautiful gates of Heaven, Baby George was in his Mommy and Daddy’s loving arms with those he touched deeply in his short and memorable life nearby. George came into the world weighing seven pounds, nine ounces, and was the most handsome boy with stunning blue eyes. His long eyelashes were noticed by all and complimented often. Each doctor and nurse that met George was amazed by his strength and personality. They especially loved how he would express himself vocally with such conviction. He sported a mohawk for several weeks until his hair was too long. George was baptized in the Catholic faith on June 4, 2024. We always imagined how strong and essential George’s faith would have been in his life. He was confirmed on September 6th, 2024. The priest expressed to us that George’s pure soul would go straight to Heaven and be of the highest ranks with the angels and saints. He will be an Intercessor and we all can ask him to pray for us. His pure soul will thrive in Heaven. George was surrounded by love from the moment he was born and he surely knew what it felt like to be loved. Brothers Ethan and Henry wanted to spend each moment they had with George. They were so excited to be his big brothers, role models and best friends. Parents Emily and Max saw a remarkable amount of strength and resilience within their son, George, since the moment he came into this world. They made sure someone was always by his side so he was loved, cared for, safe and happy. They are incredibly proud of George and will love and miss him for the rest of their lives until they are all reunited in Heaven.

George is survived by his Parents, Emily and Max; Brothers, Ethan and Henry; Aunties, Kerry and Jessica; Uncle Stephen and Wife, Courtney; Cousins, Brooklyn, Ema and Mason; Grandparents, Joseph, Carol, Sheila and Jon; Great Grandmothers, Sharon and Gail. Serving as pallbearers will be Max, Joseph, Jonathan and Justin. Funeral mass readings by Eric and Victoria. Presentation of the Gifts by Kerry and Jessica. Our family would like to recognize the doctors, surgeons, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, music therapists, social workers, pharmacists, dietitians, child life specialists and Chaplins for their commitment and dedication in treating George over the last eight months and three weeks. George was loved by all those who cared for him. They worked diligently and compassionately on his treatment, comfort and well-being. George’s life could have been extended by the generosity of a liver donor. It is our hope that knowing some of his story, will compel you to consider becoming an organ donor so that you may save the lives of others.
