To Carol Jeff, Donna and your families,
Growing up on 10th Ave in Farmingdale I could not have asked for a neighbor across the street. I still remember Mr. Bernaudo whistling, when it was time to go home!!! Growing up across the street my brothers and I, and John Chester, used to play wiffleball ball using the Bernaudo"s garage door as a home run!! When I came home from the Navy Mrs.B was the first one on the the block to come over and welcome me, Rie and Baby Tommy home, I'll never forget that..It was great growing up across the street from the Bernaudo family....What a classy women....
Rest in peace,
Mrs. B.

Dear Carol, Jeffrey, Jacqueline, Taylor and Donna,
Knowing your mom, mother in law and grandma my entire life, I just want to say what an amazing woman she was, Rising before the sunrise for most of her days, never stopping and always having a moment to find out how everyone was- what a lady! Growing up across the street from the Bernardo's, one of my fondest memories was and remains- the day my brother Jimmy broke his leg , horrible for him, but for the rest of us, we got to stay at the Bernardo's that night, have dinner and sleep over- it was grand!
So many memories- a book filled with many journeys and what a journey it was.
Rest In Peace,
Karen (Foy) Leder
