CARRO, Carol Ann of Bohemia, NY and The Villages, FL passed away on June 10, 2024. She is survived by her husband Joseph; her children Jennifer (Jerry) Dietz and Christoper (Sarah); her grand-children Madison, Jesse, Lily, Hugo, and Petal; her sister RoseAnn Westley; her brother Vincent; her brother-in-law Dave; her sister-in-law Gloria; and her nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sister Mary and her parents Alfredo and Concetta Farese; and her beloved dog Shelby. Some of Carol's favorite things to do were..traveling the world with Joe, teaching 2nd grade at Sycamore Ave Elementary School, reading, crafting, cooking, spending time at their Florida home with their friends, and doing anything and everything with her grandchildren. Carol loved to smile and loved to laugh. Everyone that knew her, even for a minute, knew this about her. Please smile in her memory. If you are able, and would like to say goodbye in person, we will see you on Friday. Carol's incredible fight with cancer was known to many - in lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
