Obituary
John D. Hayes of Bay Shore, NY passed away on May 10, 2024. Born in 1963, to Eugene and Betty Hayes. John grew up in Deer Park, NY.
John was a third-generation customs broker and enjoyed a long and distinguished career at Port Brokers. John began working at Port Brokers when he was 16 years old in a warehouse in Queens. Cherished father of John Jr. and Amanda Hayes-Ferguson. Adored by Stacey Hayes, the mother of his children. Dear brother of William Hayes, Dede Hayes, and Betty-Jean Budlimlic. Beloved by many cousins and close friends. Also survived by his loving extended family Jim Luttieri, Ed Judson, and Patrick Walshe. John was very grateful to Liana Tsinamdzghvrishvili and Treasure Mamdeen for all their love and support for him.
