Mario was my neighbor for 51 + years. He was not a person to mess with! His fierce exterior facade would melt away when he smiled at you. He had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He always looked out for my son Rob. I will never forget the sound of his voice when he would call to my son: ROBERT !!!! I will miss Mario dearly. Rest in peace Mario. Sincerely, Barbara Crocitto.

Mario was my pain in the butt big brother but he was always looking out for me just as the other 4 were/are. There was the time he was driving Dad's Chevy station wagon that had a broken seat back. Eugene, Ray and I were in the back seat when the back of his seat fell into our laps. Poor Mario was hanging on tightly to the steering wheel to remain upright while we 3 were laughing at the whole scene.
