Evan Charles Riggs passed away on January 26, 2024. He was born on June 16, 1966 to Kenneth and Margaretta Riggs of Wantagh. He was the youngest of 5 siblings and is survived by his mother Margaretta, his siblings: Linda Luzzi (Patrick), Carolyn Thomsen(Vincent), Laura D’Ulisse (Steven) and Kenneth (Irene) and 8 nieces and nephews. Evan passed peacefully surrounded by his family with love in his eyes knowing how much he was loved and adored. Evan was one of a kind who brought joy and happiness to all. He enjoyed delivering meals on wheels to many and never left anyone without a smile. He truly was an angel on this earth. God Speed Evan!
