I have a lifetime of memories of my dear aunt Piedad. She was also the family historian who reminded me of people and events from my childhood in Ecuador. She was kind, loving, generous, patient, cheerful and she as well as my mother and 2 other sisters that preceded her, left a legacy of love, family traditions and indelible memories. I grieve aunt Piedad’s passing but I know she’s resting in the arms of our Lord. To my dear cousins Jeffrey, Roberto, Lourdes, Cecilia and all their children I send my deepest condolences. Time did not permit for us to be there but I’m comforted that I was able to FaceTime with her a few days before her stroke. Until we meet in heaven Tia Piedad ❤️
