Cherished uncle of Giovanna (Shawn) Clarke and great uncle of Aidan, Justin, Melania and Derek. Also survived by their beloved dog, Savannah. Jeffrey loved the beach, fishing, and his family and friends. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). A Religious Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday at 8:00 PM with a Funeral Service at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 9:30 AM.
