Dear Bill and Polly, Rich and Jane and families, Today we Visitation Sisters in Brooklyn offered our morning Mass for the peaceful repose of your mom Doris. She was my mom's best childhood and life long friend. Your mom kept in touch with me even all these years I have been in the convent . I hold so many memories of her and our families' get togethers in our youth and childhood. Your mom was very wise and loving. We will continue to support you all with our prayers here at the Monastery. With affection and care, Sr Susan Marie

We enjoyed her company and loved her comforting presence when we visited. We learned a lot about gardening from her and it was fun to go to the Hick's Flower Shows together. Frank got a 'kick' seeing her reading the NY POST, one of his favorite papers. Michael and Brianna remember the cruise vacation we spent together, especially the nightly dinners & desserts! A lovely, wise woman and a friend to all. She will be missed. Frank, Jean, Michael, Brianna
