Saddened to learn of the passing of Great Uncle Dom. He was the last remaining sibling of any of my grandparents, who have all previously passed. It seems almost fitting that he was the last of that wonderful generation. His presence, whether in person, or through the many fond stories told by his sister, my grandmother, were always a special highlight at family gatherings. To all who loved him and now mourn his passing, I extend my condolences.

My deepest condolences to the Pelle family. Dominick was my mother's attorney from 1961 until he retired and then continued with his son David. I was at the Mass today held for Dominick at St. Mary's in East Islip. My mother spoke so highly of Dominick and his keen legal acumen, but most all my mother said Dominick was very generous, kind, and considerate. When I informed her, she was so sad to hear of his passing.

My deepest condolences to Dominick’s family. My mother was his cousin, Katherine. She always spoke so lovingly of him. I had the occasion to speak with him last September asking for his advice. He kindly helped me. We then spoke about my mom. He cried, telling me how much he loved and missed her. I hope that he, my mom and all of the aunts, uncles and cousins that have passed are having a grand reunion in heaven!

So many fun times with Domenick and his beautiful wife, Ronnie, who has always been by his side. Lots of laughs at a hundred different restaurants here in the USA and our trips to Italy, Germany, Monte Carlo, France, Russia, and many other parts of Europe. He will always be admired for his love of life, theater, opera, food and family. Many times he reminded us not to mourn him because he has led life to the fullest at the best restaurants and finest hotels He quickly shared his wisdom and life experience with all who would listen. He was always willing to share his beautiful Italian heritage through fine food and the spoken language. We were blessed to be his friend and will miss him dearly. Lots of Love to Ronnie and Family, Eydie and John Juliano

My condolences to the Pelle family. Dominick offered me one of my fist jobs early in my career as a lawyer. He took the time to review my work and gave me constructive criticism. I also learned by watching him. He was a formidable opponent to any litigator. He also took me to Islander games, introduced me to Peter Luger’s steakhouse and other fine dining establishments. Dominick was an epicure. He appreciated fine foods and wine, I knew nothing. I worked under his tutelage over 40 years ago for approximately two years. Even after I left he referred me clients when he had a conflict. I am indebted to him in many ways. May his sole RIP. James MIsiano.
