I worked with Frank for many years at the Inspector General's Office. I remember his smile and can still hear him laughing. Such a great guy! Thoughts and prayers to his family. Rest in Peace Frankie.

Frank was one of my investigator's in the Inspector General's Office of The New York State Department of Correctional Services. In fact, I hired him into the office after I interviewed him. He had some sense of humor and even had me laughing during this very serious interview! We hit it off really well and I always enjoyed his presence and I can still hear his laugh, even though I have been retired for 15 1/2 years. I now offer my very sincere condolences to Frank's family as I know he will be missed but kept in your hearts. George W. Seyfert III, Deputy Inspector General, Retired.

to the funniest, strongest, and most kind hearted person i have ever known. my daddy. anyone that knew him knew he was the most amazing soul. he was truly my best friend and i am going to miss him every second of everyday. i wish we had more time. if love could have saved him, he truly would have lived forever.

Frankie, you will be missed. You always had a big heart, you were the strongest of us all, and the you were always the life of the party. I remember that whenever the boys were together, we would always gravitate towards Frankie to hear him tell funny story after funny story. His ability to exaggerate the funny moments left us apprehensive about being the subject of the next story, but we were always bent over laughing with tears in our eyes. He always bragged about his children as he was so proud of them. You left us way too soon my friend. I know that you are at peace now and that you are smiling down upon us. My deepest condolences to Frankie's family and loved ones. Eric

Beautiful Eric… thank you for sharing the photos! Frankie had a big heart and a contagious laugh that brightened any room. His presence on earth will be greatly missed.
