Our sincerest condolences to Ruth's family, she was remarkable resilient and intelligent women. Always greeted her neighbors with a smile, she radiated warmth and caring no matter how she felt. She recently taught as many as eight of us how to play canasta. We had a blast. Whenever I play canasta I will remember Ruth Weiss fondly and grateful that we had that time together.
She had insight into human nature and a strong opinion on all the books we read in our book club. If she recommended a book, we would be sure to choose it because of her intellect and capacity for relating to people. Thank you Ruth, her memory will be a blessing. Alexis and Lee Weinstein
