Our deepest sympathies to the family of Father Babinski.
He was a gentle & gracious priest who remarried us in the St Agnes Rectory so that we could receive communion at our daughter’s First Holy Communion (we had originally been married by a Justice of the Peace).
A few years later, as a police civilian with Nassau County, I had the pleasure of talking with his brother, Tom. I was pleased to get an update on Father Babinski.
A former NCPD coworker passed along this sad news.
“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal;
Love leaves a memory no can can steal.” - Irish Blessing.
May your memories comfort you.
Sincerely,
Michele & Robert DeLouise
