On August 20, 2022 Phyllis Antonucci of North Massapequa passed away suddenly at the age of 63 after a very brief battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Michael G. Antonucci; loving mother of Michael (Katherine) and Gina (Matt); devoted daughter of Phyllis and the late Jack Somma; caring sister of Thomas (Robin) and Robert Somma; cherished sister-in-law of Mark and Matthew Antonucci; adored aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Phyllis was a kind and gentle soul who would be there for anyone that needed her. She valued her time with family and friends more than anything. Children held a special place in her heart; especially during her many years working for the Farmingdale School District. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to either the Life Center of Long Island ( www.lifecenterLI.org ), Gianna Center of Long Island ( www.chsli.org/GiannaCenterFund ), or a charity of your choice in Phyllis’ honor.
