Francoise (Jensen) Heim, “Mimi” to her family and friends. Passed away August 19, 2022 at the age of 89. She was born in Madrid, Spain in 1933. In 1940 her family settled in Baldwin, LI where she graduated from Baldwin High School. In 1956 she married her late husband Bill, and they built their life in West Islip. They raised four boys. She worked in the West Islip School District as a reading aide for 25 years. She is survived by her children, William J., Peter, David and John. As well as two daughter in-laws Tammy, Paula and eight grandchildren, one great-grandson and many wonderful friends. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, (1/4 mile West of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Friday 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, West Islip, LI.
