Pallotta, John A., M.D., on June 10, 2022. Beloved husband of Sigrid Pallotta. Devoted father of Michael (Bonnie Carr) Pallotta, Alison (Eric) Czech and Dr. Arthur (Elsie) Pallotta. Cherished grandfather of Emma, John, James, Stefan, William, Caroline and Elizabeth. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street. (1/2 mile east of S.S.
