The Vermeer Owners, Inc., on behalf of its shareholders, would like to express its condolences on the passing of Luis Cusicanqui. Luis was an invaluable member of the Vermeer community for many years. His hard work and extensive knowledge of the building as handyman, deputy and acting Superintendent and the tremendous care that he gave to both the building and its residents will be forever appreciated. The co-op has made a separate donation on behalf of the Cusicanqui family.

Dear Luis My brother, my friend, my confidant. You will be deeply missed. You lived your life with humility, integrity, and love for all who entered your life. Always making yourself available for anything small or grand. Always positive yet practical. Always gentle and yet strong. Always wise beyond your years and always ready to be silly.
