Rettaliata, John Benson, “Jay”, of Bay Shore, LI, on November 25, 2016. Dear brother of Jeffrey (Barbara) Rettaliata, Peter (Mary) Rettaliata and the late David Rettaliata. Loving companion of Karen Plunkett. Cherished uncle of Amie, Jeffrey, Kate, Bryan, Pete and Tim. Beloved “Great” uncle of Gregory, Reid, Jeffrey, Madelyn and Elodie. Jay was a graduate of Babylon High School and Georgetown University, a proud Panther and Hoya. Jay was also proud a United States Army veteran. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Monday 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
