With a heavy heart we announce the passing of Donna Thaler. 78 of East Islip on June 26, 2021 after a valiant and hard fight. Donna was born April 29, 1943 Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She attended Geisinger School of Nursing in Danbury, PA after which she moved to New York City to work where she met and married Joseph. They settled in East Islip where they raised their family. Donna is survived by her husband Joseph, her children Susan and Elizabeth and her sister Judith Staccone. She was a devoted and loving grandmother to her grandchildren Sara, Mannix, Timothy and Amanda. She was preceded in death by her brother Michael Horn. Rest in peace.
