Obituary

Benjamin A. Longo June 4th, 2021 Died suddenly after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his wife of 56 years Eloise; daughters Christina (Shawn) and Janet (Marcel); and grandchildren Dario and Olivia. Born in the Bronx, he was a lifelong Yankees fan. He had a 50+ year career in the aerospace industry as a Material Expediter. He worked for Loral Electronics in the Bronx for over 25 years, and then Aeroflex in Plainview where he retired in 2018. Dad enjoyed spending time with his family, watching the Yankees, the Price is Right, and playing his lotto numbers. He loved his dog Teddy who was his best friend for 18 years. He will be forever remembered for being a kind and caring man.
