Buddy was the most upbeat, positive person I’ve known.
Whether he was updating me on the news at WGB, what his kids were up to in sports, or we were discussing rock concerts I always enjoyed talking with Buddy. Such a nice guy.

The words are difficult in this moment and don't say a lot of things about what we would like to say especially when it's not your natural language ... Then it will only be words from heart. It was always a joy when we see it, too rare, too brief and always regret to not be able to have a better conversation and moment to share. He will be always in my memory, for sure as I'm sure from where he is, he keep care to you, to us all. He continues his "mission", love you.

Buddy was just a really good guy. Upbeat, smiling, engaged with the world and the people around him. We always had spirited exchanges on politics.
One time our heads collided in the annual West Gilgo Water Carnival waxed watermelon tussle, and, be assured, I got the worst of it. Buddy was a powerful man.
We both came to fatherhood late in life and were blessed with boy/girl twins, Matthew & Michele for Buddy and Ann. It's a crying shame to lose a wonderful dad and hubbie like Buddy.
