I don't even know where to begin, I have so many great memories of Brian when we were blazing some pretty crazy trails back in the day. I guess most of them centered around the Silver Bullet Saloon where I spent nearly every night when it was there and dated his barmaid Alyce. It was late 70's, maybe 1980. We were Kings of our world then. We were inseparable driving around in his Cordoba or my Firebird. We took camping trips together. One memorable campfire night, Brian added lighter fluid to the fire after it was burning and the flames raced up his arm: we spent the night in emergency up in Warrensburg, NY.
He was a true friend of mine for a while, before and after that. I don't really remember how or why we drifted apart but I guess we both just grew up and had the types of responsibilities that inevitably lead to the end of our wild day friends.
I'm also not sure what led me to seek him out, google him, but I did and found the sad news.
I'm sure there are holes in your hearts now.
He will be remembered always as a true friend during the craziest days of my youth.
Godspeeed Bullert!

Dear Marge and Elizabeth,
My condolences to you both. I know this is a difficult time for you.
Because of you, Brian was fortunate to live a happy and fulfilling life. He had spunk!
Remember the simple things that made him happy - spending time with you and his grandchildren. He couldn't have asked for more. God blessed him in many ways.
I will remember him with a smile.
