To Danny's daughters, so so sorry for the death of dad. He is now with Mom my old girl friend. Please e-mail me and let me know what caused his death. He was a great husband, father and man. I was one of the brides maides at mom & Dads wedding. I met mom in 3 rd grade when she came from Italy and we graduated H.S. together. I now live in Bethpage. Dennis had known then Danny many years working at AT&T. I had heard many stories of all the shenanigans that went on. I started working at USIS
in 1996. The office was small, there were only five people and Danny was one of them. I remember feeling comfortable but Danny was the one that made work fun. On 9/11, both Dennis and I had drove into the office because I had made a birthday cake. Dennis worked at 4 WTC. We were a little late because of traffic but Danny ,being Danny, said “what’s your rush, sit down and have a cuppa coffee” and he did. We still don’t know what would have been if Danny hadn’t said that. There were many discussions during lunch solving world problems. The things I remember the most about him was his balance, his love of life and the love of his family and friends. He was a genuinely nice person. Our condolences to all the family. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace Dan.

I joined Usis with Dan and Mat in 1998. Dan and I shared an office, the Business was just starting out and Dan and I shared an office. The photo is from the first USIS bbq out in the Hamptons, under a tent in Joe Laganas back yard. We had some good times. My condolences to the family during these trying times. May he rest in peace.

Dan we first met Oct.1983 to start a new company American Bell. Little did I know how much you would mean to me .Over the next 35 years we would work and laugh so much. The first week you sat Mat and me down to discuss how we should run this
new company the way it should be run. Making our own rules and you sure did make them up. From our meetings at McSorleys,
the 140 club, the Commuter lounge or Jimmy's you always made it a team effort you allowed us to operate and backed us up
however you let us know if you didn't agree. Always remember those difficult training sessions we had in LA or Maryland it
was hard but we made the best of it you me and Tony, I never laughed so much for so long. When you and Mat left in 1989
things changed but you came and got me in 2000. Thank you for that, and we started over again at USIS. You made work
enjoyable and there was nothing we couldn't accomplish. Then you brought Charlie over and the team was together again.
I was blessed when we met and thank you for all you did for me. God bless you and rest in peace old friend.

Dan - I don't know where to begin. You have been my hero. You brought humor to every aspect of work in the phone company. The years we were together...before you left me in 1989...we had fun during trying times. You taught me a lot about life. When I retired in 2000 you convinced me to come downtown to work with you & Mat. Don was already there. We had fun all over again. Then you saved my job a year after 911 happened by convincing Mat to have me do what you were doing because you were retiring. You taught me well because I'm still there...part time though. Who would have thought I would be there after 20 years. All thanks to you. I owe you pal!
By the way the Christmas Luncheon we started back in 1990 was for you because you liked to eat and drink and have a good time. We didn't do it in 2020 because of the pandemic. Unfortunately, you have missed the last few years. I have attached a picture to remember the good times.
You are with Fran and God now. I'm sure heaven will not be the same :)
