MAHLSTEDT - Fred W. passed away peacefully on December 17, 2020. A lifelong resident of Babylon, he is predeceased by his wife, Marianne. He is survived by his son, Larry (Gail) and daughter, Karen Altieri (John). Fred was the proud Gramps of Lisa Cornelius (Ryan) and Great-Grandpa to Ava and Bobby. He was a well respected Construction Estimator for many years. Arrangements by Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home. Interment private December 28 at Pinelawn Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
