I have just learned of Bernie's passing. My most sincere and deepest sympathy and condolences to the CHristie family. I had the good fortune and privilege of working with Bernie at IBM in Jericho. Bernie was one of the key folks that all of us would migrate to for insight and advice in resolving challenging issues. Bernie had a natural talent for simplifying the complexion confusing issues. As a friend and colleague Bernie was the best. His sense of humor and optimistic view of things always inspired those around him. Bernie was a good friend. I will miss him but will remember him through thin and good times we had. Including the periodic sessions at the Bonwit.
Again my sincere sympathy and condolences on the passing of a really good guy. He is, and will continue to be, missed.
