Thinking of all my Matos today and loving all my memories of Aunt Fran. As her favorite niece it's hard to pick just one...kicking those rocks out of the back of the pinto wagon while she pretended to look for the lost dog. Hearing her call out from the closet, "we're in here," when guests arrived to celebrate Christmas in the new room. She taught me how to iron a shirt, that an engagement ring must be at least a carat. She was the original soup Natzi - "no soup for you!" when we got into trouble. Mostly she taught me that family is forever, pain can be endured when you are surrounded by love, anyone who needs a place to call home is welcome, and that ground beef can turn any noodle into a meal. I will miss your laugh, your smile and how much you made me feel loved. RIP to one of the greatest. With Love, Mo
