Dear Kenneth,
As you leave your earthly bonds and make your way up to Heaven, remember that a part of you remains with everyone who knew and loved you, and love you still. I remember your laugh, your love of music and movies, your love for 8-Ball, your compassion for Mom, and so much more. I also remember how your spirit began to fade after your failed back surgery. Please forgive me for not being able to relieve your pain and set your spirit on the path of healing and loving life again. I did my best, but it was not good enough. You chose a different path for reasons I can only assume, but will never know for sure. I hold no anger against you for leaving us so soon - I am just grateful you are at peace now, and my tears are that of joy for you, as much as sorrow for myself as I selfishly wish you were still here. I'm sending you a big hug and a smooshie kiss. lol Rest In Peace, my friend. Love and hugs always, Arlene

A picture from of one my favorite times visiting my Dad's's side of the family in Long Island circa 1980. The family would hold "jam" sessions in the basement which became epic moments in the family. I was a picture-taker from an early age and snapped lots of pics. My Uncle Kenneth looked a natural at the bass guitar. Great times not to be forgotten. He was huge into music and as time has passed, it's clear to me now he knew what would stand the test of time better than anyone. Lots of love and farewell...

His unique laugh , sincere honesty, and kind heart will be remembered always .
We shared a love of music. Of course , Cheap Trick was one of his favs . We saw them at westbury together . When we went around back after the show to see the band exit , Kenny was in awe. His reaction to that moment was worth the price of the ticket ! He introduced us to the band Jelly fish . Whenever we would hear them, we would call him to let him know we were thinking of him . The band disbanded but regrouped as “ The licorice quartet “. Nestor found a signed cd of the group . We left it for Kenny as a get well present, just something to make hIm smile. Unfortunately , we got there to late . We know , he knows that we loved him . Sympathy to all of his family , especially mom. He adored her . He couldn’t wait (when he was working) to go home and eat the dinner she had made him .
With love Nancy & Nestor
