I was very fortunate to sit across from Anne on the 10th floor of Lehman Brothers. Anne helped me by sharing her wisdom and experience especially with the do’s and don’t’s. Anne was a great role model She will be missed

Anne - I’m still absorbing the fact that you have passed, but as you always said - and said to me 3 weeks ago a transition to a new place, where you will always be with us. So many incredible memories with you - and I’ve been going through all of them this last week. Oh how we laughed! From the time I was a baby girl, my family memories involve laughing with you and my Mom and Janie. I know you were welcomed by Granny, Gene, Nick, Barbara and so many countless friends and family who love you. You’re in my heart, always ❤️

When we think of Anne we will remember her strength, kindness, thoughtfulness, artistic talent and independence. What a wonderful person! We want to especially thank Debbie for bringing Anne to visit Elinor this past August and then travelling back to Salem for Elinor's funeral in February. That meant so much to us!
Our sympathy is extended to Anne's entire family and friends.
Sincerely,
Honor, Bill and Christopher Griebel

Goodbye dear Anne. My mom was your Godmother. Saying goodbye to you is like saying goodbye to my own mom, of whom I have no memory. You brought her to life for me. You adored her and told me so much about her. You will always be part of my life. Love until we meet again.

Aunt Anne was a generous person. She gave Ward and me several weeks at Gurney's resort in Montauk when we were dating. I appreciated how she took an interest in me- family was important to her. My Mom and she became friends more recently & she loved my Mom's turkey meatloaf. She will be missed by many.

Anne was a classy, generous, funny lady. We were from the same neighborhood- Parish in Brooklyn. I spent a great deal of time at her mother’s house with my best friend & her little sister -Mary Jane. We were together at many family parties and other functions having a terrific time together. When I needed someone to look after my aging Mother for 2 weeks from 9am to 4pm, I knew who to call - Anne & Mary Jane. My mother so enjoyed their company and endless conversation for those two weeks - and I was so grateful. That’s what you call great friends. A few days before Anne passed away we spoke on the phone. A typical Anne conversation - serious talk, fun talk with her making me laugh and a loving goodbye and stay safe. Miss her but I can smile just thinking of her. Prayers for a
special lady. Amen. xoxo

Anne is the best person I have ever known. It was a great pleasure for me to have had the privilege to meet her and spend time in her company. I admired her so much. She was such a talented, knowledgeable and giving woman; but most of all she was humble and very humanitarian. I love you, Anne Psalm 16:11

I didn't get to know Anne for very long, but it didn't take long for she and I to hit it off, she was the most kindness and thoughtful person, it wasn't hard to love her. I'm so greatful to have had the chance and opportunity to have worked for her. She will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. May Gods blessings always be with you Ms. Anne,.... Love Kim your

Such a great lady. I remember when she started working at my old company and I used to have a chat with her when I was able to sneak away from work. Always a smile on her face. I'll never forget it. RIP
