Obituary

Fioravanti, Umberto J.,Jr (Al) of North Babylon. Beloved husband of Patricia (Dowd) of 61 years. Cherished father of Patricia (Emil) Bonavita, the Late Madeline (Daniel) Hopper, Andrea (John) Schneller, Albert (Marie) Fioravanti and Joseph (Lishele) Fioravanti. Beloved Grandpa of 17 grandchildren and their spouses. Mr. Fioravanti served various positions as a Vice President and Branch Manager of Citibank for a majority of his career. He was an inspirational leader of the North Babylon Youth League Baseball, and his many contributions to our youths, ballfields, and community are still recognized today. He lovingly treated everyone he met like family. He was also an active Lector and Eucharistic Minister for Our Lady of Lourdes in West Islip. Private burial at St. Charles RC cemetery.
