Merry Christmas Aunt Yolanda. More firsts for us. Thanksgiving, Christmas, the continuing Pandemic that took you from us. Anthony was sick with the virus, but he's ok and so is Dale. So far me, Joseph and Gianni are ok. Scares me so, every day.
Bella is good, she lost a tooth, which sent me into a tailspin, but she's ok. Miss you so much and I know you know...I Love You More! xoxo
PS I put a wreath down for Aunt Marie and Uncle Frankie, send them my love along to Uncle Patty, Uncle Ralphie and Uncle Anthony.

Im so sad to hear about Yolanda. My sincere condolences to all of her loved ones. Yolanda was always one of my favorite people. I truly loved talking with her on the phone and sharing stories of the Bassolino family and times we spent on Sunday’s at our grandmother’s home in Brooklyn. I will surely miss her sweet voice. Now she’s with many family members and with her birthday just about a month away, she can have a beautiful celebration with them. RIP my dear cousin I love you and will surely miss our conversations. Carm and I have been friends since 1971. She, indeed, was my best friend. I have so many memories that I hold dear in my heart. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Anyone who met her knew that she was someone special. Her heart encompassed all who crossed her path. I will miss her more than words can say but I know in my heart that I have an angel by my side until we meet again.

I was lucky enough to become close with Carmela through OLL. She sat in my section I was a usher in. We hugged and kiss every Sunday and had great conversations. I visited and called her often after she feel and broke her leg. When she called me we always laughed. I will miss this wonderful lady immensely she touched my heart in such a short period of time.

My Love, Heart, and Prayers are with all my Family and my Aunt's Friends during this very sad time. I know we will all have our own Special Memories of this very Special Lady.
She told me many times how much she missed her "family", how her heart ached for them. She is with them once again, and although I will miss her every day, I know she is smiling that big wonderful smile.
