I ran track with Jerry at St. Agnes HS in the 1970s. I had not seen him since. I remember him well however as a very kind man who always had a smile on his face. I will happily say a prayer tonight for him and I send sympathies to his family - they have lost a good man.

I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Jerry was one of the most giving people I have ever know. I know we have not seen each other in years, but I share stories of Uncle Jerry all the time with my kids. They know about the time that he and I ran away from the Swans at Grandma's house. Or all the meat we would eat (and other foods) His meat was so good, that my husband surprised me with meat from his shop in Queens because I always talked about him and the memories.
My family know how he would jump at the TV during football or run away while watching a scary movie. They know that he was a hard working, passionate man who did everything from the heart.
Uncle Jerry, you will continue to be in my heart - today, I light a white candle in your honor - for your purity and ever giving love.

Jerry will be remembered as a very kind man and a hard worker. He was devoted to his family and will surely be missed.
We have many fond memories and had fun times together over the years; we even shared ownership of a boat for a while.
Georgette and I send our sincere sympathies to his family.
