So sorry to hear that Joseph has passed away He was a wonderful person with a nice disposition. I was a good friend of his brother (fig) when we were youngsters. We were always in the schoolyard of PS 97 and have fond memories I also know Joan their sister. A real loving family. Hope Joseph did not suffer. My prayers are with all With Love, Richie (weezl)

My beloved Godfather/uncle at my wedding, doing what he loved to do best....sing. This was Uncle Joe singing the song...”The Way You Look Tonight.” I will always cherish the memory.

Joe was always “The Life of the Party”. He played his ukulele and sang all the popular songs of yesteryear. He ways amazing right up till the very end! He still remembered the lyrics of all the songs he always loved and still managed to sing them despite his handicaps. He always sang a few songs for me during our phone conversations the past months. Singing was a joy to him --- and also therapeutic. It makes me happy to think that perhaps he and my husband, Dan are now serenading our dearly departed together. Dear Joe, I pray that you are now “resting in the Spirit”!
