Dear Caroline,Ricky,Bobby,Willy,and Tommy, I am so sorry to learn of your Mom passing away. I loved her. She was such a loving,kind-hearted, good-natured,beautiful woman. Amoung my most treasured memories, are the times I spent with you in your home. How she ever managed to put up with all of us tearing about I will never know!!! The water balloon fights,...the Roxy Cola and hamburger breakfasts( cooked in the black cast iron skillet)..., piercing cries of “GIRLIE”.... , the Beach Boy records dropping down the spindle, one by one,as they played into the dark their surfer serenade....sleep-overs( what a misnomer!!) out under the willow tree... Your Mom created such a welcoming, friendly home, where we could gather and delight in being KIDS. She is so often in my thoughts .I loved her.I am so thankful to have known her. Her loving,kind, generous,and accepting,( more apropos-TOLERANT) HEART made this world a better place. I would safely venture to say that the warmth of her spirit will always be present in the hearts of all of us who were fortunate enough to have shared in her Davison Lane Disneyland. This Irish expression would seem to have been written just for her, THE MEMORY OF HER IS A BLESSING. Rest in peace dearest, beloved Mrs. Conway. God knows you have earned it, after all the years you put up with the multitude of us rambunctious kids tearing through your home! I see your beautiful smiling face.I hear your lovely laughter. I love you forever. Dear Caroline,Ricky,Bobby, Willy,and Tommy, I send you and your families, my loving thoughts and heartfelt condolences. I am forever grateful for the times we have shared.
