I first met Linda when I was 17 years old. She was so kind to me when I was on a date with Ed Blount.
Linda was so effervescent that you took to her instantly!
Her parties and cooking skills were so great! I always asked her to make my ingredients as her own!
I’m sorry I didn’t see you in the past few years. My bad. Life happens but friends are always friends. Love you Linda! You were always my friend!

I was overwhelmed with sadness hearing of Linda’s passing! Many years of friendship starting as children, and into young adulthood.
My best friend growing up on 241st. In Woodlawn since I could walk down the street by myself ! Playing dolls, games, dress up, learning to bake cupcakes, planting gardens,(with her Mom, Betty), starting kindergarten, Brownies, Girl Scouts, my grammar school surprise party, HS sorority pledging,...Linda was one of my bridesmaids! She was always a happy and kind person!
I know her deep love of you all will envelope and support you through this very difficult time.
