Obituary of Karen L. Tusinean

Karen L. Tusinean, formally Sokolowski, moved on at 62. Born to William and Ann Wetzel in 1957 in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Karen and her family lived in Virginia for her formative years. After high school, she completed a secretarial science degree in Maryland eventually moving to New York for work and to start a family of her own. Later on in life she achieved multiple certifications for medical billing. In her adult life she enjoyed various arts & crafts, bowling, and gardening. Karen is survived by her three childen: Peter, Kristine, and Heather; as well as her 5 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, kindly place donations in her name to diabetes research foundations. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
