Schmitz, Chryse K., formerly of West Islip, LI, on January 17, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Edward Schmitz. Devoted mother of Connie Schmitz, Larry Schmitz, Dori Schmitz, Eddie Schmitz and Mary Hippern. Dear aunt of Vicky Baldwin and Jimmy Manthos. Cherished Yaya of nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). A funeral service will be held Wednesday 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Long Island National Cemetery, Pinelawn, LI. Visiting Tuesday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM until 9:30 PM and Wednesday 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM.
