Obituary of Charles Kenneth Meyer

MEYER- Charles K. of Holbrook, LI on November 24, 2018. Loving husband of Barbara. Cherished father of Gerald (Lindsay), Christine (Michael) Drew, Sandra (Michael) Graziano and David (Tonimarie). Beloved Papa of Gillian, Brian, Nicholas, Steven, Joseph, Robert, Julia, Amelia and Charles. Adored brother of Carol, Lorraine and Kenneth. Pre-deceased by brother Richard and sister Nancy. Loving uncle of many. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps followed by 35 years of dedicated service with the Suffolk County Police Department, retiring as a Deputy Inspector. Most of all Charles will be remembered as a kind, loving and generous man devoted to his entire family. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street. (1/2 mile west of S.S. Parkway exit 45W.). A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday 8:15 PM at the Funeral Home. A private interment to follow on Friday. Visiting Thursday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
