Blank- Theodore Robert of Great River, LI, on October 31, 2018.  Beloved husband of Leslie Blank.  Loving father of Deborah Hoey (Ronald) and Jeffrey Blank (Jennifer).  Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Lauren, Lexi, Julia and Kylee.  Adoring great grandfather of Mason.  Proud USMC Veteran and Private Pilot.  Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 Mile West of the S.S. Parkway , Exit 45W).  Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home, Monday 9:00 AM.  Burial at the Washington Memorial Park, Mt. Sinai, LI.  Visiting Saturday & Sunday 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
