Obituary of Kieran Francis Fallon

Kieran Francis Fallon -
age 66, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2018 in Patchogue, New York. Kieran is predeceased by his parents Michael and Babs Fallon of “Lisheen” Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, Ireland, his dear brother John Fallon of Kiltimagh & Westport Co. Mayo, Ireland, his grandnephew Percy Rosewarn and grandniece Jane Whittington.
Kieran is survived by his beloved children; his son, Kieran Michael Fallon of Philadelphia, PA, his daughter Erin Lillian Bretherick (Fallon) and son-in-law Scott Bretherick of Chalfont, PA, his lovely sister Mary Whittington (Fallon) of Ballina, Co Mayo, Ireland, his nieces Andrea Conroy (Whittington) and husband Martin of Ballina, Co Mayo, Ireland and Victoria Rosewarn (Whittington) and husband Paul of Kingston Surrey, UK, his nephew Leigh Whittington and wife Mariosa of Galway, Ireland, his grand nieces and nephews Mark, Leo, Danny, Jago, Senan, Paulie Martha and many, many dear friends.
Kieran was a man of many talents, including singing and golf, and he especially enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels at his home. In his younger years he was a well known bartender at Katie Daly’s Restaurant in Massapequa, NY, and then owned and operated Mamie Taylor’s Restaurant in Holbrook, NY. In his later years, he devoted his time to a job training program as a bookkeeper/accountant in Patchogue, NY. Kieran was a man who cherished his family, his friends, and his independence, and is now at peace with the Lord and loved ones who have gone before him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St, East Islip, NY. on Sunday, September 9, 2018. Friends welcome 5-7PM.
