Hard to believe Amy has been gone two years. Her love for Mike, her smile, and her compassion for others are sorely missed. They will always be remembered. I know you are looking out for Mike from above. Your in our hearts forever.

Amy battled cancer for 16 years without a complaint. During unimaginable pain she was always looking out for other people. Her smile and compassion will always be remembered.
Mike & Amy are truly inspirational. The love and loyalty they shared sets a standard all married couples can aspire to. Amy's Army fought bravely. Rest peacefully Amy, you are missed but will never be forgotten.

Mike - My deepest condolences to you and your family, on the loss of Amy. I know that words mean little at a time like this, but hopefully, the sentiments and thoughts behind them will help you find comfort, and relieve the burden of your grief, even if it is just a bit.
Of course, should you need anything at all, simply ask, and I'll do whatever I can to help.
Sincerely,
Linc Hallowell

To Michael, Amy's best friend and lover forever, her mom and dad and brothers and of course the entire family..
I cannot express the sadness and sorrow I feel that my dear, wonderful, funny, amazingly strong and inspiring, demanding at times, especially in that kitchen, perfectionist, creative and stupendessly creative chef is no longer with us.
Everyday she would show up with a smile on her face, a passion in her heart and ready to tackle every days challenges, without a complaint.
She was tireless, she hung with her guys, she never thought of herself as "the chef" but as a teacher, an educator, and a wonderfully funny, witty, quick humor that we all will certainly miss.
I was very fortunate to have a friend like her, especially when she took the time to inspire my son Drew and helped him with Cuisine for a Cure, an effort he started with the tutoring talents of Amy and for two years they together cooked to raise money for the Jimmy V Foundation. Drew was 15 and 16 yrs old and will have those memories of Amy forever.
Thank you Michael for always putting up with Amy "hanging back" with us but know she was always, always, always having you in her mind.
Every day I am thankful for having this wonderful lady in my life...you don't have the chance to meet too many people like her and even though she and I were together for 10 years, I feel as close to her as I do with some people I know for my lifetime. I am surely grateful to have had those moments...and will hold on to them forever.
Lots of love and thoughts and prayers...
Joan

So sorry for your loss. I know AMY is in heaven...cooking up a storm, and sending you the strength to get thru the days without her. She fought a long battle and she is now at peace. I know it's hard to believe now, but it does get easier as the days and weeks go by. Love to all! Aunt Carol & Rich
