MILLIGAN- Joseph A., of West Islip, NY, born on March 11, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, passed away on June 21, 2018. Beloved husband of Elizabeth, cherished father of Joseph, Jr. (Danielle), Ann Ward (Brian), Marilyn Caulfield (Mark) and Ellen Goldstein (Glenn), and loving and adored grandfather of Corey, Kara, Brian Jr. , Kevin, Timothy, Ryan and Olivia. Joseph was a admitted to the New York State Bar in 1959 and practiced law for 59 years. Joe was best known for his kind nature, quick wit, unwavering integrity and sense of humor. He was respected and admired by all. His family was his pride and joy. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
