Dolan, Catherine T., "Sissy", (nee Hopkins), of Chapel Hill, NC, formerly of Babylon, LI and West Islip, LI, on March 14, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Owen Dolan. Cherished mother of Owen (Mihoh) W. Dolan, Catherine (Dennis Stefanak) Ann Dolan and Edward (Christine) H. Dolan. Loving grandmother of Declan, Brigid and Ciaran Dolan. Adored sister of Farrell, Peter and William Hopkins. Dear aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. Loving friend to many. Catherine was the "Hostess with the Mostest" at the Riverview restaurant in Oakdale, LI. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, (1/4 west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Saturday, March 24th 10:00AM at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Babylon, LI. Interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Babylon, LI.
