HALECKY - Kristin F. (nee Lemmermann) of Bohemia, LI, on February 2, 2018. Beloved wife of Peter Halecky. Loving mother of twins William and Jackson. Cherished daughter of Kaja & the late Frederick W. Lemmermann. Dear sister of Karl (Kari) Lemmermann. Adored niece of Linda Lemmermann Mackinsen. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews, family & friends. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 Mile West of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). A Religious Service will be held at the Funeral Home Monday, 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, 12:30 PM. Burial at the Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, LI. Visiting Monday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM and Tuesday 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to, Natural Heritage Trust, P.O.
